Wisconsin Council, Inc The Southeast Wisconsin Council of the Boy Scouts of America serves 4,500 youth and 1,500 adult volunteers in Racine and Kenosha Counties of Wisconsin. The Council is made of of three service area called Districts. These three service areas have a Scouting Professional assigned to each district.

River District serves Burlington and the Kenosha and Racine County
area West of I-94.
Boy Scouts of America serves youth with values based programs for different ages. The Cub Scout Program is for boys from first grade to the completion of 5th grade. The Boy Scout program, is boys who who have completed 5th grade until they reach the age of 18. The Venturing/Sea Scout programs are for boys and girls age 13 and graduated from 8th grade to 21 years or age..
Learning for Life is a division of the Boy Scouts of America. LFL program is delivered through schools with character education and career choices curricula. Exploring is a program delivered through municipal governments, business and school partnerships. Law Enforcement, Aviation, Fire and Emergency Services are examples of current programs available.
